20 Gas Cylinder Safety Cage Features Dimensions Accessories This unit is a gas bottle safety cage, it has the capacity for 20 x 230mm cylinders, each bottle can be secured via a ratchet strap which secures into tracking at the back of the cage. These are perfect for outside storage of gas cages, the door is lockable. These can be used in conjuction with our CCS8 (Z/LEDA/CCS8) stillage which is seen in the 4th image and doesn't come with this unit as standard. Lockable Door The door can be locked via a padlock securing the stillage, along with the lock the mesh is anti theft and very narrow making it very difficult to gain access to the stillage without going through the front. Straps To Secure Bottles A ratchet strap can be secured to the stillage and then weaved throughout the bottles to keep them secure in the stillage, this strap majorly reduces the chance of a bottle falling or tipping during transportation of the stillage, the strap clips into some tracking that's along the back wall of the cage. CCS8 Stillage We don't recommend moving the 20 cylinder cage when it's loaded, this units primary use will be a static gas cage. As an option this is a separate stillage which can be used with this product, the stillage is a more robust, more rigid option for the actual transportation of cylinders, this stillage will make loading, unloading and then transportation of these cylinders seamless. And when not in use this stillage can be easily stored away inside the gas cage.
