Ratchet Lashing Points
These are the lashing/securing points for ratchet straps, which allow the secuing of gas bottles inside the cage, the ratchet strap can be weaved throughout the various lashing points and then around each bottle greatly restricting movement and therefore reducing the chance of bottles falling over, which due to their pressurised nature makes this a key safety feature. There are 6 lashing points on this gas cage along with thick 20mm rod on each side which can have straps wrapped around it.

Lynch Pin for Securing Ramp When Closed
The cage comes with a ramp for easy loading and unloading of the gas bottles, this ramp has a small hole which when closed can slot over a metal pin which has a hole drilled allowing for the lynch pin to be slotted in, this keep the ramp closed when not in use and prevents it from swinging loose during transport.
Lifting Eyes / Stackable Feature
This unit has 4 lifting eyes giving you the option of using this gas cage in conjunction with a crane. the lifting eyes are made from 20mm diametre solid rod tubes, this rod is heavy duty and can hold upto 250kg per lifting eye, giving the total cranable capacity of 1000kg, these lifting eyes are positoned on the inside of the cage allowing another unit to be stacked ontop, as these lifting eyes won't hit the next cage stacked ontop, along with the lifting eyes being on the inside there are these small cones giving a small clearence between each unit for forklift forks.
Gate Locking Feature
The gas cage has 2 different locking mechanisms but both must be engaged to secure the front of the stillage, the first locking mechanism is a sprung loaded pin lock, this secures the first door in place when engaged, on this door is a swing over lock which will secure the second door in position aswell. Please note both locks must be engaged to ensure these 2 doors are secure.
