This product is a galvanised gas bottle mesh cage, this cage can hold upto 14 standard gas bottles at max capacity, it's fully secure with 45x45mm mesh on all 4 sides and a sheet metal lid that's riveted to the cage, the cage has a chequered base which allows the bottles to grip better and therefore reducing the likelihood of them slipping or moving while in the cage, along with the floor there's multiple lashing points in the cage allowing you to ratchet the bottles in place essentially removing the possibility of them tipping or falling over, esepcially when at max capacity.
The cage has a sign holder on the front which is 300x300mm and a lockable door, the door is spring loaded so the door is permanently trying to close.
The cage is compatible with cranes due to the lifting eyes/crane hooks ontop of the stillage. The SWL for the unit is 750kg.

Ratchet Lashing Points
These are the lashing/securing points for ratchet straps, which allow the secuing of gas bottles inside the stillage, the ratchet strap can be weaved throughout the various lashing points and then around each bottle greatly restricting movement and therefore reducing the chance of bottles falling over, which due to their pressurised nature makes this a key safety feature. There are 6 lashing points on this gas cage.
Lynch Pin for Securing Ramp When Closed
The cage comes with a ramp for easy loading and unloading of the gas bottles,this ramp has a small hole which when closed can slot over a metal pin which has a hole drilled allowing for the lynch pin to be slotted in, this keep the ramp closed when not in use and prevents it from swinging loose during transport.
Lifting Eyes in Use
This unit has 4 lifting eyes giving you the option of using this gas cage in conjunction with a crane. the lifting eyes are made from 20mm diametre solid rod tubes, this rod is heavy duty and can hold upto 187.5kg per lifting eye, giving the total cranable capacity of 750kg or 8 standard 230mm gas bottles.
